  • Did feel the burn for sure. Those burpees always kill me, but it is a good feeling. I am doing really good with the plank now too. I can almost do a normal push up by the way. That is huge for me, being that I have always been a total wimp, when it comes to upper body strength. I went to take a trash bag out and my husband said...it's a really heavy one...he cleaned out the fridge...i swung that bag over my shoulder like it was nothing. LOL

  • Wow.I've never seen anyone work so many body parts at one time. You're working chest,triceps, shoulders, and legs all in the same day. You're ripped though, so its definitely working for you. I hope you're eating adequate amounts of protein daily. I just started lifting about 2 months ago, and I gotta put up a video of myself. I've changed DRASTICALLY. Keep at it. Five stars on the vid.     i try to loose Fat i m 1,72m Tall

    and weight 60kg

    i have good muscles and can lift alot weights but... i cant see my abs (not much) and want to loose weights! so keep going so i can get into the goal
