There are many factors that play a part in creating RSI injuries and my best advice is to see your doctor if you are having pain. This is a stretch that is recommended for people who suffer from RSI. It it advised to stretch for one minute per side, but you do not have to follow these rules. If a stretch is uncomfortable to hold for that long, then stop and switch sides sooner than I do in the video.

watch out with stretches if you have serious RSI, it will make it worse if not applied carefully!
