  • I read about a study done at the University of California that showed using the ball for strengthening stabilizer muscles does not work. The study showed the stabilizer muscles didn't get enough strain to make any improvement.

  • @owen5454 Owen, I'm assuming they are talking about when the athlete stands on an unstable surface.

  • yo this looks easier then it is, you know how hard it is to balance ya body on the ball while doing the dumbells? shit is crazy son, im in the Navy, i'm 5'10 and weigh 185, I'ma intensify my workouts some more, this shit looks good for ya balance though, seriously shit is fuckin hard, dangggg.
