Commonwealth Independent States, now Custom Union, the truth is, Russian Primary Goal is reintegrate former soviet states into new country name "Union State" (also known as Union of Soviet Sovereign Republic)

for now, Only Belarus have 100% agree to integrate, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan also wanted to integrate, even more than 20% Ukrainian people also vote to Integrate with Russia.

i think USSR will back less than 20 years from now.

You are right that some sort of new arrangement is being made via the Customs Union, the U.S., and soon a formal Union under the CSTO. I see it involving the same states you mention. However, I do not see Moscow re-instating the USSR. The USSR was a drain on Moscow's energy. Russia today wants to be in control of these states' foreign policies, but Russia does not want the responsibility of these countries' domestic policies unless it directly affects it.

@MrQuick875 It will not, it only get stronger and stronger, but the key point is, if three wise leaders will come(Russian, China and USA) and they can fully understand each other and helps each other then the bond these countires could make can be very useful in development of the world.

I do not support any of the three countries in terms of favour, power, intelligence etc. I would support if they have wise and complete leaders.

russia has learned its mistakes, its stronger now, and allied with china.

someday, russia and china will work together, and make america fall (either economically or perhaps militarily)
