Thank you for the vegetarian part- I know way too many people who claim to be vegetarian who eat fish! I've been a vegetarian for 10 1/2 years and I still have an issue with my weight- I eat too much cake and potatoes! You are right, thank you for the tips, I'll stop complaining and fix it! oxox
