All through 1929, The worlds tallest building was being erected. The handsomely ornate Chrysler building. Begun in 1928 and finished in 1930.

I believe the number is from "Jazz Heaven" (1929-RKO). The song is definintely "Come in the Water" from "Tanned Legs" (1929-RKO) but the number isn't from that movie. The dialogue scenes aren't from the same movie as the number, I don't think...
