@tdomhan: Today X11 and Xorg-server had to be upgraded, that's what was needed. :p So when X11 reaches 7,6 and Xorg-server is at 1.8.1 you will have actual multi-pointer/multi-touch support. Imagine a game like original Serious Sam 1. Split-Screen PC game. Two mouses(or wiimotes) one for each player LOL.

Look at ubuntu maverick video.
Many tablets are supported or being supported now :
ntrig, magic trackpad, wacom etc...

Looks kinda slow?
0:42 looks so slow, while resizing/rotating that image later looks rather smooth.
I hoope this will be good :>

being slow on 0:42 is only because of animation parameter set a bit more than it should be.
It is then modified to get fast zoom/rotate.
