terrifying seen during surgery...

here is the patient who was operated before two months ago by some other surgeon who kept behind abdominal mop of 20 by 20 cm in size in abdomen !!! Dr. vinay . bharwad had operated him again when he came with symptoms of intestinal obstrction.. he find out that mop not onle in the abdominal cavity BUT IN THE LUMEN OF SMALL INTESTINE !!!!! poor guy !!! u can see the entire seen how the mop was being removed from within the tube..!!!1
