How to Film Burn in After Effects

The best way to film burn in adobe after effects. Please feel free to ask me any questions if you are confused on anything, and if you want anymore tutorials tell me what you would like to see. Also if you want more of a variety of film burns you can also go to artbeats . com (remove the spaces) and then preview, right click and then save. When editing all you have to do to get rid of the ArtBeats text is increase the scale and then follow the tutorial.

@bignacho3 go to arbeats and download which ever film burn you want. and when you bring ti into after effects click on your film burn footage and a rectangle with square in the corner should show up. all you have to do is drag one corner diagonally untill the artbeats watermark is gone. and try to drag it somewhat close to 45 degrees

Ok so this is not quite the right way to do it I mean its fine but if you want the look that epic look people achieve by doing this you need to switch the film burn layer to "add" seriously will make it look about 100 times better as it make the film burn not completely cover your other image but enhance it
