@duasdaisy I believe you have those braided wire wheels installed incorrectly, flip em' over and the nut is exposed for easy access and the wire wheel rotates unubstructed within the protective shield. I have 3 41/2 grinders myself never bought one new but plan on getting the one you have with the trigger. Thumbs up on the vid... ;)

That thing sounds terrible. I sent my son to get this same unit, but he came home with a Skil brand in 4.5 inch. $28 and change, works and sounds great, after seeing and hearing yours here, I am very glad I have the Skil instead.

Glad you like it. I have the grinding wheel on the red one now and left the star looking wheel on the orange one. So I just grab whichever I need for the job required.

I have the 4 and 4 1/2 inch grinders, they work great. I like the 4" a little better, its easier to manage. Those wheels remove material FAST!

@mrwiggles2.....Glad you like yours. Mine is still going strong. I'll be needing a small die grinder soon to get rid of some bad welds that I made that are difficult to get to with the angle grinder. Maybe I'll post a video of that when I get it someday.
