I decided to take a break from the stuff I was programming before to work on something a bit different and fun. I always wondered what it took to implement a 3D bones system, so I set about it. 5 hours of work, and the code is solid as can be.
The models are a very simple binary format, and I have a Ruby script written to create these binaries, using a framework script for all the functionality.
There are only 93 lines of code to do most of the work for the system.
