  • they actually have a turbo and an exhaust for the smart car now!!

  • SWEET! Thanks for that tip. I see no need for traction control in such a weak car. At least I can do donuts with the traction control off.

BUT... what about the stability control? Does it affect that?

  • Go to

    w w w . smartcarofamerica . c o m

One of the site's vendors would get you on track. Some vendors are getting the smartbusa upgrade ready. Don't ask me how, IDK how to do all that automotive stuff.

But go to the fuse panel and remove fuse 11 and traction control will not work, letting you do something that involves wheel spin.

  • Is there anyway I can make it so when the tires bark that the car goes sideways the way a GTO would? How much do I have to pay you to help me do this?

  • Actually, just remove fuse 11 and you could get them to squeal. Add some upgrades and a burnout is possible.

Just search here for "smart car drifting"

  • It doesn't have to be. I can make lots of econobox cars bark the tires in 2nd gear. The smart won't do it at all. It's impossible! The only way you could ever manage to break the tires loose is in a wet lawn during a bad rainstorm... or on a frozen lake.

  • Because it's not designed to be a muscle car!

  • Why don't they make it so quick that at wide open throttle the tires bark the pavement like a muscle car? The bastards.

  • I know, it makes 0-60 in 11.8 or 10.8!

  • There is a software update! Version 2.0. The shift from 1-2 is quicker now! Modelyear 2009
