Secret to face up nose underwater without water in the nostrils

How is it difficult to stand facing up underwater ? Water goes into the nosse and you feel quickly discomfort. Learn how I do to avoid water penetrate through the nostrils to the throat, and then keep lungs out of danger.

Yes in this little vid I don't stay long, about 20 sec - 30 sec max... That's right. But I'm able to hold my breath more than 3' out of water in a complete relax position, and about 2' underwater (without noseclip as usual ;-)

But I don't have shoot this ..... Maybe one day if I have time.
