  • I agree with you I pitchedd for 18 years in many dufferent levels I think he was a hard worker individual but he over did the work out, Understand he was a starting pitcher so stamina is important thats why he ran long distance but going to the gym and run the ramps at the park before starts is a no no thats why he left manny games with hamstring problems cause they were too tire due to the over running before starts. I reccommend couple poles and little longtoss n listen to ur arm. at the pen.

  • Lots of working out and a hefty dose of B12...in pill form

    or even injections are the preferred method.

    Also, eat Viox like they are skittles.

    Try a lidocaine injection from your strength coach as well.

    You may want to ask him to hit you up with 4 doses of B12

    at some point (injections)....maybe in toronto.
