Circles® is a national campaign to end poverty led by Move the Mountain Leadership Center, Inc. For twenty years, Move the Mountain has inspired and equipped communities across the country to develop high-impact strategies that focus on ending poverty. We cannot afford to allow the next generation (which is a smaller group than the baby boomers) to be raised in poverty and drop out of school. For the first time in 50 years, eradicating poverty is no longer just a humanitarian effort, it is also an economic survival strategy.

Currently, there is neither an economic development nor a labor development strategy that can address the gravity of the level of this problem. Move the Mountain is building, both nationally and within the state of New Mexico, a collaborative movement like none other so that communities will not only survive the next twenty years of demographic and economic changes, but adapt thrive. We are co-designing new programs with communities that build on their unique strengths while utilizing best practices from around the country to create new jobs and prepare people for these new opportunities.

Circles® can provide an unlimited new capacity to provide a safe and effective way to combine the best informal supports from middle and upper income citizens with the formal supports of city and state-funded services. Are you an average citizen who is ready to help out? Find out how at :
