Having installed the roof vents on top of the roof, i now install vents under the eaves ( 2 for every vent ) for circulation.

  • Have you noticed an increased heat loss in the winter?

  • No i have'nt noticed heat loss, there is insulation in the roof maybe that is why, we don't get extreme cold here.

  • i would like to know if there is a development of room temperature after installing the roofvents.... because i have the same problem with my room...

    thanks

  • We havn't had a hot day since installation. I think it was cooler after installation but im not shure yet. On a hot day i did see hot vapor coming from the vents wich is a positive sign. I will give an assessment of the vents in about 3 - 6 months ( we are still in winter here in Australia ). 1/7/09

  • so its been a few months, have you noticed much of a difference in the temperature of your house?

  • We have had a few hot days and i can say the roof vents have made the house cooler.
