Funny, looked a lot like an interview vs. a self-promotion. So i'm guessing he's being directly asked to talk about himself and his situation, perhaps by the girl sitting in the front seat of his car, holding a mic., asking him questions. Just a guess.

@brettler in all the tourist shops on forty duece he has his naked cowboy underwear.. Plus he has his other lil tax free hustles.. This guys doesnt talk to the rest of the hustlers out here and doesnt share any business or permit advise.. The guy is ruthless businessman who got lucky..
