Will Karzai accept an election run off?

UN reports show that there was election fraud in the August Afghan presidential elections. The international community is urging Hamid Karzai to accept a run off. President Obama's officials have said that they will postpone their decision on whether or not to send more troops to Afghanistan till the election situation gets cleared up, but what will that mean for the region and for the troops that are already there?

As of right now, Hamid Karzai's determination to evade the results of an election he conspired to deliberately defraud, makes his position so moot, it is clearly obvious to those providing the blood-and-treasure, and gas at $400 per gallon, for him to have a position at all, which type of bastard he is, and is one we could do without.
