the touch screen just went on mine. Touch & it does nothing. Luckily their a chap phone now. Has any one else had this problem & what phone WOULD you reccommend?

samsung toccos are mint but mine got 300 free texts and unlimited internet and then i got more money and all that went away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi i just bought a samsung tocco but when i put sim card in it says limited service. and when i try to call someone it says emergency calls only! does anyone no how to fix?
