Harvest Moon Tree of Tranquility Blue Feather Scene and Regected 2 Times :(

Ok, So I have noticed there has been a lot of confusion on the Blue Feather Scene. First you must have a bachelor or bachelorette at atleast 8 hearts. The mayor comes to your door and tells you the Bird of Hapiness story. Then a couple days later you see the bird after the sighting scene is done go to Caremel Falls and walk past the waterfall and after you walk past (or) under it a scenee will occur and the blue feather will be at your feet.
