The US is a colonial nation itself. Besides, if the US could withdraw from the world or from the parts of the world they have an interest in, they would have done. Multiple examples like Rwanda showed that. Fact is they cant withdraw so yours are empty words.

Iraq war downgraded Powell's dignity and respect.His propaganda speech in the UN Security Council turnished his image all over the world. He made mistake to enter into politics.
