@NiceDinosaur , heyman sorry i didnt see your comment early enough. getting stoned is never a good idea before court, maybe a little one skinner in the morning befopre some meditation at the most. but its better to go in fresh and full power.

You shouldn't tell your date of birth. When they ask you that you commit perjury, because you weren't aware at the time of your birth to know exactly when you were born. All you can tell them is that you were told that it was MM/DD/YY, or that your birth record says such, but never say "This is my birthdate".

@Cstrife234 , i think this is a bit too technical , it could work in some judges eyes and they may praise you for your knowledge of the law but personally if your infront of a jury of normal people your just better going along to prove your point and getting them to understand you instead of looking a bit cocky. interesting idea though.

@fractalmoon I don't mean to say it in a cocky way. Say it in a sincere, matter of fact point. If they ask you if you're being cocky, or they start to get snide, just tell them you're being sincere and you want them to know the truth.
