You know, he would have actually stood a chance with his campaign if he would have broken down the substantive due process rights of the individual and his 1st Amendment rights eloquently and specifically in relation to his issue. All real politics is local...if he would have come dressed the part of a politician, yeah, he would have turned some heads at least and added some credibility to his platform. It would be hard to near impossible to win, but hey, anything is possible.
