So the puppet is gonna be big like sweetums from the muppets! Cool! Sweetums was really funny!
What is the name of the puppet? Or, have you decided yet?
I was thinking, you might be able to glue a bike helmet to the foam on the inside of the puppet's head to make it more stable and secure for the actor inside.

@wolfbracker Yep, he'll be pretty big when he's done, his name is going to be "Wooty". I always loved Sweetums :) Good idea with the helmet, that could work!

Reminded me, of "Give a hoot, and don't pollute" I know, I'm going back a long ways. But, the owl in that was named, Woodsy.

@wolfbracker Thanks, it used to be Wootle but when the actors said it, it always sounded funny so I change it to Wooty, rolls off the tongue better :)
