Amis speculation that John Singleton is going to launch a competing talkbakc station next year,( maybe rbranding 3MP or SEN ) Neil MItchell says he was offered more money but stayed " for the listeners" yeah the same listeners he is rude to and cuts off when they're in the process of showing what a dunce he is. Neil MItchell will definitley struggle with competition a;though he may maintain the over 60's who have the radio on one channel 24-7 and are too decrepped to get out of bed and turn the radio dial !

Sunrise will now feature Mel Kochie and the dimwit Neil Mitchell, The producers must be really stupid because if they think a new set we get viewers coming back they are mistaken. If they sack Mel ( the fake-happy idiot), Kochie (the triehard unfunny dickhead) and got rid of Neil Mitchell once and for all, then i might watch.

Neil wont survive now that MTR has arrived, Steve Price and Steve Vizard, are smarter, more enthusiastic about life and show their callers respect, Neil is disrespectful to callers, he umms and ahhs his way through his lame opinion pieces, and he doesn't take many callers compared to other talk back programs because his in mentally inept and cant handle a serious debate of the issues. He apparently worked at The Age newspaper in his youth and not surprisingly he never finished High School. He probably had some nepotistic connections to get him into the industry, like so many at 3aw including the sports Commentator Jim Wilson( son of some ABC hack), producer Sebastian Costello( Peter's son) Darren James ( the son of some old 3aw clown) and numerous others including the former Sports Today contributor and now Nine TV Today show Emma Freedman ( daughter of horse racing identity). That's whats wrong with no competition( until this year with MTR) because it breeds lazy , incompetent and nepotistic radio.
