Unfortunately, they aren't anime characters. They are Vocaloids--a voice synthesizer program. Look it up on Wikipedia or the Vocaloid Wiki for more info.
And the two in the middle technically aren't twins but mirror images of each other: Rin (girl) and Len (boy).
