How to shape Lips in 30 seconds

Sorry this is so blurry! I will try to re-do it because it is such poor quality. All you need is water and q tips to shape lips quickly and on the go!

umm you didnt even show how you did your top >:( it showed like 1/2 a second and then BAM! it was done..that probably sounded mean,but I'm new to putting lipstick on and my top lip has no shape and i'd like to know how to shape it and watching your video i learned the bottom but not the top because your video totally skips and only shows the end result.You might want to fix that if you really want to help people
