Raven has made a complete turn-around here at Bideawee in a matter of weeks! This 5 year old has transformed from a sullen, grouchy little lady that you couldn't approach, to a talkative, playful kitty that allows petting. Raven is one of six cats that found refuge here at Bideawee when their owner lost his home. It's no wonder she needed time to adjust, as these cats had only ever lived in a squalid, roach-infested apartment without adequate care. Luckily, Raven is very food motivated, and that was the key to earning her trust. You will fall for Raven's endearing voice, a gravelly squawk, and the way her tongue sticks out at times! Raven would do best with an experienced family that will give her time and space to feel in control of her environment. She still has a sassy streak and will swat when she is perturbed, so a home without children is advised. Raven can live with other cats but she will be the bossy, dominant one.
