  • Also I would move- maybe the only solution in the end.

  • I would hire a lawyer and take the neighbors to court. Meanwhile I would keep documenting the issue and taking my son to the doctor for regular check-ups. I would make sure that all medical records show before or after symptoms. I would make sure that if they keep using the chemical that it does not go on my property- there should be a law that protects people from their neighbors stupidity. People actually don't care about consequences esp. when they are not evidenced enough!

  • So what about the neighbor who was spraying? Did they apologize? Stop using the spray? Did they becom sick as well? It would be interesting to this video update & see how this boy is doing now.

  • I would be more concerned how fast he seems to be racing down the street on his bike between narrow heavily parked cars on both sides. He gets a rash on his back? He was naked when the evil neighbor sprayed him down?....I wonder... what is going on here?

  • "He saw the neighbor spraying". First of all a trained PCO would not do that.If they did, guess what you now own a pest control company.IPM was set up in the mid 90s to prevent over application.I used to be a PCT for 12 years and have seen customers with 25lbs of whatever putting it down at 6-7 times the posted rate. Complain to Home Depot and Lowes be fore you start to complain about pesticides.
