  • You gotta realise as well this isn't really all that a good version of this reversal. Its much better to push your opponent up to a high mount and bring your legs under his arms and wrap around with one leg and push with your arms.

  • @Dominuspriter

That escape does not work no matter how you slice it. If I am mounted there is not a man alive that can get me off them trying to escape like that. A hard bridge and elbow escape right afterwards or almost at the same time is what will get them off

  • @1lostinspace We all have are opinions :D

  • @Dominuspriter

Did you mean our options? Not really when you hit the black belt level hard bridges mixed with elbow escapes are about the only thing that works, technical mounts can be a bitch to get out of when getting punched and turning on your belly is not the best idea.

  • What do you do when my legs are Wrapped around your neck? Get owned..

  • @EVILSTONERKID

    are talking about a triangle?

Lol you would own Dimitri lol I would like to see that, you would get a free helicopter ride to a near hospital. A 230lb mean SOB with 17 experience he probably would not even fight you

This is true some people are very flexible I sometimes lean forward and cross my feet

  • i know a few guys who are pretty flexible who can bring there legs higher up, and put them more in your way... i have to lean way fwd, i also pull up on there head, that seems to stop it a lil thanx for the vid peace

  • @cyperz11

Yeah that's true but I think it was more Lutters crappy armbar that allowed him to escape more than anything else, escaping the mount position like that is a rare and hard move to pull off. Anderson jits is good but not at wold class level. I think he is very well rounded and his stand up is some of the best in the world

  • The difference is though, Anderson used his awesome timing to use the sweep right as soon as Lutter went for an armbar.
