oh my god this does make sense! I have the same book and little idea of 3/4, trying to play this made me truly shiver. After listening to this I can play it almost well.
Thanks for sharing. I will check all songs now.
Btw, I think this book is really really good.

The latter half of the piece should be played in p, if I remember correctly. But still, well played! I'm on page 51 by the way, still a long way to go...

U didn't pay attention to the dynamic signs right? :(
I did once when I played "Brother John" in the test and I got an A-
p= Piano = play it soft
f = forte = loud
mf = mezzo forte = moderately loud

I haven't even had my 2nd lessons yet and I'm already 1/2 way thru that book! I play harp song and all that. Talk about I do almost everything naturally! Wonder why people say being asian, you're mutl-talented. I'm 1/2 Flipino and people do say that to me. Hehe, I never played correctly till now, and my friends are jealous!!!

cool, i learned how to play that song already and when i played that song on the test, i was the only one that played it, everyone else was playing ode to joy, and mary ann, cool vid too
