surma nadir gangchil was one of the best creation of hemanga biswas.. He had only one lung. but had great stamina and high scale.

I am confused!
As far as I know- Hemangu Biswas migrated to India along with Niramalendu Chowdhury from what was known as the Greater Sylhet- currently in Bangladesh.
In fact- Hemangu Biswas was originally from Hobigonj- and Nirmalendu from Shunamganj- and the two co-wrote and created the song that was recorded under Nirmalendu- "Hobigonjer Jolali Koitor- Shuamgonj er kura- Shurma nodeer Gangcheel ami- shunnye dilaam ura!
