STN 2010 Day 1 of 5 Part 1 of 2

From 3/1 - 3/7, twenty eight students (six of whom were film students, the rest were in broadcast journalism) from Moanalua High School (Honolulu, Hawaii) traveled to Anaheim, California in order to participate in the 2010 Student Television Network Convention. This is their journey through my eyes.


Video Notes
I'm grouping together what is technically days one and two because we left Hawaii at around 10:15pm local time, and got to Los Angeles around 5am Cali time, so it wouldn't make sense to have the plane ride as a seperate day XD

Basically once we got to the hotel (around 6am?) we left our suitcases in our rooms (another note: the room I was staying in wasn't ready, so the girls and I were hanging out in the female teacher's rooms XD), and waited around until about 8:20am to walk down to the Disneyland gates (opens at 9am).

It was my first time at Disneyland :)

If you see pictures from the same ride elsewhere in the video, I assure you it's all in chronological order. It just means we rode the ride again (Space Mountain and California Screamin').

I left out two rides we went on: Pirates of the Caribbean (cause it was too dark) and Splash Mountain (because the only picture I had was embarrassing =__=)

The meal I bought towards the end of the video is called the Chicken Strip Platter from Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen. The fries are a bit spicy, but everything else was good (it was about $5 - 6? Don't remember..) Recommended though! ^__^
