there's a video of Lisa playing Baker street by gerry something, it appears at the end of "lisa's sax". It's my first video ever so it's a little lame but I love the song and you know, there's a starting for everything.
BTW: a nice salute to Gerry while he's up above (or down below). We'll remember you here as a music god =)

I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SONG FOR YEARS!!! I heard Lisa first play it when I was just a kid (and hi-speed internet had yet to be born) and have always loved hearing the sax part of this song. Thank you, Lisa Simpson, for bringing me here! :D

Gerry SOMETHING?! THAT my dear, is the one, Gerry RAFFERTY! While this is somewhat his signature song, he had an incredible reportoire. Listen to 'Light of Love' sometime, and it will touch places you didn't know you had.

By the way, it's Gerry Rafferty, and he was far from dead when you posted this video (he only died 10 days ago)... And the saxophone bit in the original song was by Raphael Ravenscroft, who is still very much alive :)

@makognr Random poster, I've answered that question countless times. And as nice ol' @PUR3BLO0D has said, it's not necessary to know the name of a musician to realise their greatness. However, as you should guess if you were smart enough, I couldn't have made a video with the song of an artist I don't know and then post it just like that. You just stop complaining, listen to the freaking song and leave.
