Obama's Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel will be pushing for a "universal mandatory civil service".
Among the top priorities for Obamas Chief Of Staff Rahm Emanuel are: the so called Fairness Doctrine which will severely limit free speech, anti-gun laws and promoting a one world economic system based on a single global currency.

Rahm Emanuel joined the Clintons in 1991 directing the campaigns finances. It is a common practice to do research on a program before actually implementing it.
