Contrary to all the completely ignorant comments below, which show a total lack of class or dignity, I think SSJ are amazing and courageous people. I don't understand how people can be so rude and hateful, and why people would think that SSJ are liars of any kind. They have a demonstrated track record (and PROOF) of working for peace.

They are innocent, and I personally am praying for their swift release so they can return home to loved ones. The world is a better place because of SSJ.

Oh I don't think they're liars. Not at all. What they ar,e is a trio of morons. A trio of imbeciles who out of the thousands of mountains in the world, they decide to go hiking on the border of a country in war and an open enemy of the U.S like Iran. What's next skydiving in N. Korea? Swimming with sharks in Somalia? Sunbathing in Bumra? What other really smart idea will these 3 morons have? I say we should've left them there at least another year. Sarah Shourd is a liar. She has changed her story several times. In another interview she climed that Iranians asked them to enter into Iran.

How did they get into Iraq in the first place? Iraq does not issue tourist visa for the Americans because they may get killed on the street by people. The Kurdistan of Iraq is not a country and does not have embassies to issue visa and is actually a war zone being bombarded by Turkey and Iran on the daily bases. Would you go hiking in war-zone?
