  • Yes, just like the Buxtehude Passacaglia in d-moll. First time I looked at the actual music I was convinced I could sight read it but it turned out much more difficult than I expected especially with the phrasing.

I liked your performances very much but I have my reservations about the organ..

  • Parts of this piece are harder than they first appear, I can sight read it, but parts are a little bit fiddley. Daniel and his wife Odile sent me the music, which I am very grateful for, check out the channel "latribe" to hear it.

  • there's all sorts of people hanging around the organ loft.. including japanese photographers. eh. tourists. :-)

  • Very nice and appropriate communion interpretation of Ubi Caritas. Perhaps other chants as well?

  • Sight reading this wouldn't be much of a challenge for him or even me for that matter but his phrasing and articulation is what really shows his excellence, his brilliance and his mark as a great organist.

I hope I can meet him one day.

  • Is Daniel Roth sight reading this piece from manuscript? That would be in keeping with his astounding talent!

  • Jacques Lechat isn't is?

I have no idea where you can get his music thoe!

  • whats the name of the composer (first name) and where can I get his music?

  • Are those his students or adjunct organists assisting him?

  • I love his improvisations. He is such a versatile performer
