Ah, Nightnoise. Too many memories and too much emotion for me to post much here now.

One of my all-time faves. Saw them in concert in North Carolina in the early 1990s (I think, or late 80s).

Have all their albums (unfortunately packed away somewhere from a decade-ago move).

My wife and I saw them in the '90s before Johnny's passing. They were magnificent. They were in an acoustically perfect hall. The videos don't do justice to the sonic purity of that performance. I only learned this morning, day after Christmas 2010, that Micheal is also gone. I've been listening to Micheal and Fiona since Bothyband days. Later we discovered Silly Wizard, then Relativity, then the Billy and Micheal recording, called Nightnoise. We still love them, especially in winter.

i too have got all their albums...but the diffrence from u and me is that i still listen to themm all day..
