  • has a blower more performance than a turbo???

  • @Toutube507 No, for all out HP it's hard to beat a turbo. For low end torque nothing beats a roots blower. It all depends on what you want. This is why if you see a turbo car and a blown or nitrous car than runs about the same ET the turbo car will have a much higher MPH.

  • If you can controll it on the street, more power to you. If you have too much rubber, you'll wheelie, if you don't have enough, you'll spin.. What kind of power are you pushing with it?

  • @KonigKobra Not a problem controlling it on the street, you just have to take it easy on the throttle. Theres's more to pulling a wheelie or controlling a wheelie than HP and rubber. The car has adjustable suspension front and rear, so keeping it under control at the track shouldn't be an isse. I have never had the engine on a dyno, so I don't know how much power it makes.

  • Wow.. You realize this car only weights like 2800lbs, right? That's less than a Fox mustang.. Hope you are going to shove a wheely bar under the ass.. Looks sweet though, lots of fun

  • @KonigKobra In stock form I think the car weighed right at 2650lbs, but that was with an all aluminum 215ci engine. I took some weight out of the car (front and rear suspension, lighter floors/frame), but I also added a heavier transmission, engine and roll cage. I haven't had a chance to weigh the car yet, I'm hoping it is still under 3000lbs. If it is at 2800lbs I would be real happy. I built it to drive on the street.

    Thanks for the compliment.
