I think the real sport here is the 2 people doing the sweeping, it takes a lot of skills to sweep like they do.

no u r all wrong it takes incredible broom work to be able to curl and many years of training none of you can curl

The object is to get the most rocks of your team's color to the closest to the center of the rings(house). Sweeping makes the roock go further and straighter.
There are clubs throughout the United States.

Anyone can curl - although playing as well as these teams takes years of practice. I started curling when I was 30 and learned the basics very quickly. I was interested, decided to try it, and I've had fun ever since.
Curling is known as a friendly game, almost every club welcomes beginners. If you can find a curling club near you, go talk with them and for a beginners class. If you're interested, please give it a try!
