as being huanted by a child spirit, where the investigators laid down baby powder and found foot prints. amazing!

When I was attending college in Sacramento, I often went for lunch to the original Shakey's on J Street. (Yes, Sacramento is where Shakey's got started.) Now that glorious old brick building stands vacant--I tell you, it's enough to make a grown man cry.

@ELVINKNOX Hell yeah i remember Wright's Barnyard!!! It borke my heart when they closed it down. Same thing can be said for Frair Tuck's video arcade off 159th street.

Thanks for posting this. Shakeys had good pizza! It was the closest 1970's kids had to Chuckee Cheese. It was greatness. Remember Friar Tucks arcade across the street?

Aww man!!! Who could forget Friar tucks, man!?!? I teared up a little when they closed it a few years ago. No places for people who appreciated the coin operated games anymore. A damn shame.
