Delta wing crash on maiden flight

My first experiment with the cardboard delta. I had no idea where to balance the plane which turned out to be very tail heavy as you can see. After this crash I looked at other real delta planes and determined that the balance would be just in front of the main landing gear. That was the answer to my problem. Then I built the delta in my other video and the results were spectacular. I have since flown 5 different delta aircraft and they all work very well.
