Most departments probably will stick with the crown vic. But notice, that since everything is integrated in, it is much safer. Instead of a police officer looking down to find the mic to his radio in the car, which he can get into an accident if not careful, he/she can press the PTT button on the steering wheel. Same for the lights/sirens. All voice activated by pressing a button on the steering wheel. All safety concerns. Also, it costs money to put in lights/sirens in the crown vic.
