I'm an amateur tf2+gmod video maker but how do you do the thing when the medic was spazzing out on the ground?

I attached some trusters to him, and then I used the "Colour" Tool Gun to make them invisible. Then I used "No Collide" so they won't hit the ground, and voilà.
