#6-Transitioning to Natural Hair - month 6 - Regimen/ Update

Hey Y'all I'm currently in my 6th going on to 7th month of transitioning from relaxed to natural hair. This video is of my current hair regimen and hair updates.

Regimen
-Cowash - 2x a week: Jane Carter Solution Nutrient Replenishing Conditioner
-Deep Condition - Once a week: ORS Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner (Deep Penetrating Conditioner)
-Shampoo - Once a month: Jane Carter Solution Moisture Nourishing Shampoo
-Trim Ends - Once a Month
-Leave in: Cantu Shea Butter Leave in Conditioning Repair Cream (Sometimes), 100% African Shea butter and Oils (Olive, Tea Tree, Vitamin E, Grapeseed)
-Style: ORS Lock &Twist Gel and 100% Aloe Vera Gel
-Daily Maintenance: Jane Carter Solution Nourish and Shine (LOVE IT), 100% Aloe Vera Gel and EcoStyler Gel

Updates
- I will NOT do a BC, just my monthly trims. :)
- I will try to do a video of my spiral set
- I will be putting braided extensions Jet Black Wet and Wavy (or something with a soft curl)

Will co washing help my hair grow faster? Right now I just wash and shampoo once a week. I'm trying to speed up the growth.

@Srk08 Thanks for watching!.... Shampoos especially with sulfate tend to strip your hair and leave it dry.. Cowash inghelps retain moisture in your hair.

@Lillove81 I agree. I want to grow out my hair but, I'm finding hard to maintain it. Can you help a sista out on what to put in my hair if I let it grow. Believe me, I want to let it grow out but don't know what to put in my hair but Activator gels. Thanks sis! Rosa

@iBAD305 - Thanks for watching... I never heard of tree braids... I'm 9 months natural now I dont think I'll be trying extensions anytime soon though having too much fun natural :)
