Why was the murderer of Stanley Smith only charged with involuntary manslaughter? Stanley Smith was brutally beaten. He didnt look anything like himself at his funeral. The man who done this continued to beat him after Stanley had fell to the ground. Theres more to the story of his murder than whats been told. We have a murder who gets out on 50,000 bond and walks free to beat and kill again hope you dont get in an arguement with him. Justin Zachary killed Stanley Smith in an arguement THIS IS MURDER not a slap on the wrist. His mother and his family need justice served in this matter in Elkhart County, Indiana
