i liked this cover. everyone knows Elvis was the King, but they did a fair job.

this version of 'their' cover really doesn't do them any justice. i would check out the music video version. sadly i have to rate them a thumbs down. mostly because they're on TOTP (only the greatest live music show on tv) and he looks comatose. all i have to say is, boo!!!
otherwise FYC's cover is hands - down tits.

The bassist and guitarist in FYC were originally with the English Beat. To question their mastery is ridiculous. I never got to see them perform with the Beat, but I did see FYC at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, one of the best shows ever. And they are some of the best guitarists I've ever seen. Their dancing was unreal, like rubberband legs going the whole f'ing time. Amazing.

OK here's how to "do" Roland Gift's voice. You will need to eat four or five Garibaldi biscuits without any liquid - this forms a slightly gummy base at the roof of the mouth.
