American Flyer Animated Track Gang

This is the American Flyer 594 Animated Track Gang re-issued by Lionel. It's a bright, sunny summer morning on the layout. The two guys jackhamer away until a train approaches. Peg-Leg Pete moves forward to signal the workers to stop and back away from the tracks. After the train safely passes, Peg-Leg signals them back to work. The work breaks are short but often thanks to the high level of rail traffic!
