hey request, can you add the magic powers to apear first after you beat the main quest of shivering isles? you know to make it look like you are the new mad god with powers (you need to work to get htem XD)

you should place one somewhere on a very high mountain and then go to the imperial city and have fun with the gaurds >:D

please make a mod like this for Skyrim ,but more like portal with portals on the floor
it would make up for not having flight in the next games definitely (unless we do, but itd be still awesome)
