For those that think you can't get hurt playing video games - THINK AGAIN - "Wiitis" is very real, (just look it up on the New England Journal of Medicine) and it's sweeping the nation.
The California Athletic Trainers' Association (CATA) warns that Wii video gamers who play tennis, baseball and other traditional sports leave them at risk for overuse injuries such as pulled muscles, stress fractures, tendonitis and even "Wiiitis" -- the latest medical term to describe a condition similar to tennis elbow.
well, it's a different kind of playing. Wii is better for kids, thats all.

Yes, thats the point. It can happen with any sport - so you must treat this as any sport and properly warm up and stretch to avoid injury. Even the most fit athletes know they must warm up before exerting themselves.
